WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP
Currently we process and ship orders out every Friday before 2:00PM. If you need something shipped out earlier. Please contact us to arrange an earlier ship out date.
Orders placed after 2 p.m. on Fridays, over the weekends, and/or during holidays are processed the following Friday

At this time no, but it is something we hope to have set up soon
WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU USE?
All prices listed in the web store and shipping/handling charges are in Canadian Dollars.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as payments via PayPal.
As part of our ongoing efforts to combat credit card fraud, we may require additional identification verification for large orders, international orders and/or when your shipping and billing addresses do not match.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?
You will receive a confirmation of your purchase via email immediately after your order is placed. This confirmation email will be needed when making returns so please do not discard.
When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a second notice to confirm shipping, along with a tracking number.
On large releases, order confirmations can be delayed, and often end up being marked as email spam. As long as you received an order number as part of your checkout, then your order has gone through. Make sure to save your order number for your records.
WHAT TYPE OF PACKAGING DOES MY ORDER COME IN?
We do our best to include the original packaging provided by brands that package their products. On occasion display items will not include original packaging but will be packed safely to protect the item(s) being shipped.
All orders are shipped in standard boxes and/or protective envelopes.
I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, CAN I CANCEL IT?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been submitted, as we cannot disrupt the workflow process fulfilled by our warehouse team. We strive to dispatch orders efficiently to meet the expectations of our valued clients.
CAN I COMBINE OR ADD TO AN ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Unfortunately, we are unable to add or combine shipments on multiple orders.
I EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE THEM TO RESPOND?
For E-Mail, expect a response within 24-48 hours from someone on the team Our representatives are available Monday-Friday.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO MAKE AN ORDER?
Signing up for an account is not necessary; however, doing so keeps you updated with your order history and tracking information, as well as our newsletter and special promotions when they become available. We often have promotions that are specifically for “followers” and registered users.
